Sweet Ginger Glazed Tofu

Ingredients:
- Tofu (1 package sliced)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp Minced Ginger
- 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 cup Apple Juice
- 1/8 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Line pan with tofu slices 1/4" apart.
- In a bowl, whisk together coconut oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Slowly whisk in maple syrup and apple juice until well combined. Mix in paprika.
- Pour all ingredients over tofu. Bake 35 minutes & rotate the pan every 15 minutes. Increase temperature to 500 degrees and cook for 15 more minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning.
