Sweet Ginger Glazed Tofu

  • Tofu (1 package sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Apple Juice
  • 1/8 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Line pan with tofu slices 1/4" apart.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together coconut oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Slowly whisk in maple syrup and apple juice until well combined. Mix in paprika.

  4. Pour all ingredients over tofu. Bake 35 minutes & rotate the pan every 15 minutes. Increase temperature to 500 degrees and cook for 15 more minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning.
