Deep Cleanse Dressing

  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 3 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-2 cloves garlic

1) Place the water in the base of the blendtec.
2) Add in all the ingredients!
3) Blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes.

If you are a peanut butter fan, try switching it up! Tahini is great too!

You will love the vibrant green colour! And the taste of all the blended ingredients is magical.

What a great way to get your nutrients! Pour this over some greens, or even rice! If you're doing rice, maybe add a couple kale leaves, or wrap this in a collard wrap. The more greens the better!

Cilantro and parsley are tasty herbs that are used for pulling toxins out of your body, hence the deep cleanse!
