Salmon Cream Cheese Spread or Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 cup canned salmon, drained (or minced cooked/smoked salmon)
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp finely grated (or minced) onion
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp minced fresh dill (a good sized 2-finger pinch)
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke (omit if using smoked salmon)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Soften cream cheese. 30 seconds at 70% in the microwave should be fine.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. A mixer is a great way to do it and will save a lot of time, but this can also be done by hand.
This can be made ahead and stored in your fridge for up to a week. Serve hot or cold, as a dip or spread on a sandwich (try it grilled!), vegetables or crackers.
