This Lemon Honey Frozen yogurt is light, tart and refreshing. Freshly squeezed lemon juice (and optional zest) makes it a kitchen staple among citrus lovers! Organic honey adds just the right amount of sweetness to this tasty recipe.
Directions:
1. Combine lemon juice and honey in a small saucepan. Cook over a low heat until the honey has melted. Remove from heat. Refrigerate until cold.
2. Combine honey mixture and yogurt in a container and mix well. Pour mixture into the ice cream bowl. Set ice cream maker to YOGURT setting and churn.
3. Once mixture is frozen transfer to a freezer safe container and freezer for up to 1 week.
TIP: Add the zest of a lemon to give your frozen yogurt a true citrus flavour!
