Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup coconut milk - full fat
- 1 tsp coconut oil - for frying
- 4 eggs

Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients (except for the oil) and let the mixture site for five minutes
- Oil up your pan and heat over medium heat
- Pour about a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake into the frying pan
- Allow each side to brown before flipping it.
