Egg and Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 large hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons mustard of choice
- 1 can tuna in water, drained
- salt and pepper

Directions:
- Peel the eggs, then chop them up and put them into a bowl.
- Combine the relish, mayo, hot sauce and mustard and mix it up.
- Add the tuna and mix again and season with the salt and pepper to taste.
- Adjust the flavour as needed (more mayo, mustard, pepper etc...)
- Serve with veggies of choice. Carrots, celery, tomatoes, apples....have fun with it!
