Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or walnut halves
- Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries, blueberries or other berries (optional)

Directions:
- Combine the milk, ground flaxseeds, coconut flakes, and walnuts in a small pot and simmer on low temperature for 5 minutes, or until all ingredients are softened and combined.
- Top with sprinkle of cinnamon and berries if desired. Serve Hot or Cold.
