Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Cod, Tilapia, or other whitefish, Chicken or Shrimp
- Coconut flour
- Dried Coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coconut Oil

Directions:
- Mix up a few raw eggs into a mixing bowl with salt and pepper.
- Then take your fish or other protein source and dunk them into the egg mixture.
- From the egg mixture cover the fish in coconut ?our and dried coconut flakes.
- You might need to dip them in the egg mixture again after the coconut flour and before the coconut flakes to really make the flakes stick.
