  • 4-6 ounces of steak (Leftover cooked steak works great too)
  • Thinly sliced sweet bell peppers
  • Baby spinach or lettuce mixture
  • Sliced tomatoes

  1. Put the lettuce or spinach on your plate.

  2. Thinly slice the cooked steak and place it on the lettuce.

  3. Top with sliced veggies and dressing of choice.

  4. Some dressing suggestions are oil and balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil or possibly a citrus vinaigrette.
