Note: the amount of sugar you need will depend on the sweetness of the yogurt used. Your non-frozen mixture should be a bit sweeter than your liking, as it will become less sweet once frozen.

Ingredients:
- 1 large, ripe avocado
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3-4 tbsp sugar
