Balsamic Pot Roast

The recipe is based around a beef roast, but pork or any red meat will benefit from the flavour.

Ingredients:
- ~2.5 lb pot roast
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions:
- Pat meat dry and dredge in flour. Heat oil in saucepan and brown meat all over, for about 7 minutes total. Remove from heat and place in slow cooker.
- Mix all other ingredients together with juices from saucepan and pour over beef.
- Cook on low for 6 hours. Once done, move roast to serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼ to ½ cup of gravy over roast beef. Remaining gravy can be frozen for later use.
