Chevrecado Dip (Avocado & Goat Cheese)

Add some tang to your avocado with the hearty zing of goat cheese! This is a party favourite that works well with prepared chips and crackers, homemade chips (yes, even kale!), veggies (yes, even kale!), breaded snacks or as a topping for many Mexican dishes. Feel free to add a little spice if you love it.

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Diced veggies (such as tomatoes and cilantro) for garnish

Directions:
- In a large bowl blend avocado, garlic, cumin and 1/4 tsp salt until fairly smooth.
- warm cream cheese and goat chees. Add lime juice, cream cheese and goat cheese to the bowl and blend with avocado until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
