Grilled Balsamic Portobello Mushrooms

Portobello, Portabella, Portabellini, Baby Bellas - all of these would work wonders in this recipe. Use these as toppings for steaks of any type, serve with potatoes, or let cool a while and top a salad with them.

Ingredients:
- 2-4 portobello mushrooms (depending on size)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place caps on a plate with the gills up.
- In a small bowl combine all other ingredients. Pour mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let marinade for at least an hour.
- Grill over hot grill for 10 minutes. Serve while hot.
