The "V" stands for Veggie (it's not made with vegans) in this delicious treat. Featuring the bold taste and texture of Bacon Tempeh, you can pair it with any of your favourite veggies; straying away from the traditional Lettuce, Tomato and Avocado of yore.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon flavored tempeh
- 2 slices bread
- 1 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- (optional) sprouts, microgreens or other veggies
- (optional) mustard or other condiments
- salt & pepper to taste

- Cook tempeh according to instructions; toast bread to desired doneness.
- Spread condiment(s) on bread, top with veggies. Close it up and slice in half - Bam - You're done!
