Ryan's Smoothie Your Way

Love smoothies, but think you want things just a little different? Well, here's the smoothie for you! A lot of the ingredients here are general, so you can use the ones you love (or the ones you happen to have...)
Prep Time Cooking Time Servings

  • Handful or two of greens (spinach, kale, lettuce, mustard greens)
  • 3/4 cup of almond bevarage, coconut water or water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of raw protein (cashews, almonds, hempseed, etc)
  • 1/2 avaocado
  • 1/2 tsp of spirulina
  • 1/2 tsp Maca
  • (optional) 2 pitted dates
  • (optional) splash of vanilla
