Rasberry Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Take out raspberries to thaw.

  2. Bring coconut milk to boil in a saucepan. Add in oats, stir, and lower the heat. Cook until done, about 7 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut, raspberries, and maple syrup. Top with a little more milk and serve.
