Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions:
- Take out raspberries to thaw.
- Bring coconut milk to boil in a saucepan. Add in oats, stir, and lower the heat. Cook until done, about 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in coconut, raspberries, and maple syrup. Top with a little more milk and serve.
