Dark Chocolate-Dipped Shortbread Cookies

  • Your favourite Shortbread cookies, or make your own:
  • 1 cup of Butter
  • 1/2 cup of Icing sugar
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 2 cups of Flour (plus extra to lay on surface when rolling)

  1. Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla and mix until white and fluffy.

  2. Add the flour until dough just comes together.

  3. Pre-heat oven for 325 C

  4. Put dough in the fridge and let rest for ~20 minutes.

  5. Roll out to 1/3" thickness and cut with desired cookie cutter

  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes
