Ingredients:
- Your favourite Shortbread cookies, or make your own:
- 1 cup of Butter
- 1/2 cup of Icing sugar
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 2 cups of Flour (plus extra to lay on surface when rolling)

Directions:
- Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla and mix until white and fluffy.
- Add the flour until dough just comes together.
- Pre-heat oven for 325 C
- Put dough in the fridge and let rest for ~20 minutes.
- Roll out to 1/3" thickness and cut with desired cookie cutter
- Bake for 15-17 minutes
