Chocolate Yogurt Popsicles

This is the ultimate sweet summer treat! Make it sugar free with stevia.

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/8 cup sugar or powdered stevia equivalent
  • 3.5 oz 85% chocolate, chopped
  • 18 oz Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. honey, or liquid stevia extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • extra chocolate for dipping (optional)
  • chopped nuts for dipping (optional)

  1. Gently heat whipping cream, cocoa powder, and sugar in a saucepan, stirring continuously. Do not allow to boil. Add chocolate, and allow to sit for two minutes until melted. Whisk until smooth.

  2. Mix yogurt, stevia, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir in chocolate mixture, adding a little bit at a time.

  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.

  4. Optional: when popsicles are frozen, dip them in melted chocolate and roll in chopped nuts.
