Blueberry Lavender Almond Milk Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • Fresh lavender
  • Fresh (or frozen) blueberries
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Almond milk
  • Honey

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring almond milk and lavender buds to a simmer. Simmer for five minutes, then strain out lavender. Cool.

  2. In a blender, blend blueberries, yogurt, almond milk mixture, and honey (reserving a handful of blueberries for freezing).

  3. Fill popsicle molds with a handful of blueberries. Fill with blended mixture, and freeze. Enjoy!
