Simple Chili

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ground pepper to taste
  • Chili Powder to taste
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, cubed
  • 1 can or 2 cups of black beans
  • 1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes with liquid

1)Heat coconut oil over medium high heat in a large saucepan. Sauté onions and green peppers until soft. Add water and bring to a boil. .
2)Add remaining ingredients. Bring back to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
