Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup preferred milk
- ½ cup apple, diced or grated
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
- Pinch ginger, ground
- Pinch cloves, ground
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
