Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pepper to taste
- 1.5 to 2lbs of potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tbsp green onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish

Directions:
1)Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 25 min.
2)Whisk remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3)Cut hot cooked potatoes into thin slices or bite sized pieces, depending on your preference. Place potatoes on a platter and drizzle with sour cream mixture.
4)Sprinkle with fresh dill.
