Ingredients:
  • 1.5lbs potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp duck fat

Directions:

  1. Par-cook potatoes in salted, boiling water until fork tender. Set aside to cool.

  2. Once cooled, place the potatoes in a roasting pan and pour the duck fat over them

  3. Place into 400F oven and roast for 40 min or until golden and crispy
