Ingredients:
- 8 C baby bok choy, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
- Heat oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat
- Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add bok choy and soy sauce and cook until the greens are wilted but the stems are still crisp.
- Remove from heat.
