  • 8 C baby bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce

  1. Heat oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat

  2. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add bok choy and soy sauce and cook until the greens are wilted but the stems are still crisp.

  3. Remove from heat.
