Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
- half an inch of fresh ginger peeled and finely grated
- three tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup water

2. Take two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar, three tablespoons of maple syrup, half an inch of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated, and a cup of water, and mix everything together.
3. Cover the switchel and refrigerate for at least a couple hours.
