Ingredients:
- 12 oz firm tofu
- 4-6 tablespoons water
- 4-6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sweetener, sugar or agave
