Fresh 'n Fruity French Toast for Vegans

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 4 to 6 slices of your favorite bread
  • 3 Tbsp. Arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

1) In a wide bowl, whisk together almond milk, cinnamon, and arrowroot powder.

2) Cut bread and soak in rice Dream mixture until soft (1 to 3 minutes).

3) Heat a bit of Earth Balance in a frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Add several pieces of the soaked bread, but do not overcrowd the pan.

5)Cook for a few minutes on each side until each side is browned.

Serve immediately with your favorite fresh fruits, like blueberries and raspberries!
