Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- 4 tsp. tamari
- 1 cup water
- black pepper to taste

Directions:
1)In a 2 quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add flour, and stir for two minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for several minutes.
2)In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk together with the flour and oil, half at a time to avoin limping. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. If it seems to thick, simply whisk in additional water, 1 Tbsp.at a time. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
