Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Rice Dream
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup unbleached white flour
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or carob chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Baking powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by spoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
