  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Rice Dream
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup unbleached white flour
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or carob chips
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by spoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
