Superbowl Chocolate Covered Strawberry Footballs

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 plastic sandwich bag

1. Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips at 30 second intervals in the microwave. Stir between intervals to prevent burning.
2. Dip strawberries completely in chocolate so that they are evenly coated. Place dipped strawberries on wax paper to cool.
3. Melt white chocolate in the microwave. Let cool for 2 minutes, then pour into a plastic sandwich bag. Cut a very tiny hole in the corner of the bag so that you can pipe a football pattern onto the chocolate covered strawberries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
