Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp mint minced
- 6 gloves garlic minced
- 1 dried bay leaf minced

Directions:
This recipe will be sufficient to marinade a pound of meat. Simply mix all the ingredients together and submerge meat entirely. For chicken, marinade for at least two hours. For pork, marinade for at least four hours. For lamb, marinade for at least six hours. For beef, marinade up to 24 hours. The longer the better!
