Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon, diced and seeded
- 2 mini cucumbers, seeded, diced
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 4 fresh basil leaves finely chopped
- 4 cilantro stems with leaves, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
