Garlic scapes are super seasonal and are only available for a short time, so people tend to get pretty excited when they appear. This hummus recipe is a great way to use the aromatic stalks!

Ingredients:
- 2 398 ml cans chickpeas
- 6 garlic scapes, thinly sliced
- juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
