  • 6 cups of coconut milk
  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked Dulse
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pepper to taste

1)Simmer the milk, cooked Dulse and mashed potatoes together for about 20 minutes.
2)Blend together. Season to taste, add the lemon juice and blend again.
