Garlicky Parmesan Zoodles

A super quick and easy dish! (The key is the pre-cut zoodles.) To jazz it up, add other veggies (sauteed mushrooms would go well) or protein (chicken or vegan sausage). Perfection.

  • 2 servings Be Fresh Organic Zoodles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

1) Heat pan on medium heat. Lightly heat up olive oil, then add garlic to the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
2) Add zoodles, parmesan and salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
3) Remove and serve immediately.
