Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 2 scoops collagen
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup sweetener (maple syrup, honey or agave works)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp cold water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt

Directions:
- Add nuts into food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients until a thick paste has formed.
- Roll into 1-2 inch wide balls and place on a cookie sheet. This should make around 16-20.
- Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to eat. This is key because the coconut oil will melt if not!
- When you’d like to eat this little bundle of joy, remove from fridge or freezer, let sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy.
