Ingredients:
- Yellow Layer
- 6 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (warmed for easier blending)
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons (room temperature)
- 1/4 maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 ground turmeric
- White Layer
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (warmed for easier blending)
- 1/2 plant-based milk of your choice
- Juice of one lemon (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:
- Add all the base ingredients to a food processor and process until combined. Transfer this mix to a lined loaf pan (8"x4") or similar sized container. Press down into an even layer with a smooth top, and place the pan into the freezer.
- Clean out the food processor and process all the white layer ingredients. Pour this over the yellow layer in the pan and allow it to sit for 1 minute. Add any toppings or decoration (if using) and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight to set.
- Once set, trim off the uneven edges and slice into bars - they are ready to eat after being out of the freezer for about 10 minutes. Keep leftovers in the freezer until ready to eat.
