  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 lemon, juice + zest
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, fresh chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • salt + pepper, to taste

1. Mix all the ingredients except the chicken together.
2. Add the chicken to the marinade. Mix together and let it marinate for 2-24hrs. (Cut chicken breasts to your desired size or keep whole)
3. Cook the chicken using your preferred method.
