Grilled Pears on Salad Greens

Ingredients:
- 2 pears, peeled, cored and halved
- mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp + 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup goat cheese

Directions:
1)Sprinkle pears with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar per half, then grill either on the BBQ or under the broiler until golden, flipping to grill both sides.
2)Meanwhile, whisk together oil and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
3)Arrange salad greens attractively on a serving platter, toss with a favourite dressing beforehand if so desired. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese, portioned to share evenly.
4)When pears are grilled, place on top of salad greens and drizzle with oil and vinegar mix.
