Hot Green Pasta

Ingredients:
  • Enough pasta for 4 hungry people
  • 1 medium-sized leek
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 vegetable boullion cube
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 tsp. of Red Thai Curry Paste
  • 1 tsp. oil

Directions:

Put pasta water on to boil. Chop all veggies and press the garlic.
While cooking the pasta, heat oil in a large frying pan. Steam fry the garlic, leeks, celery and spinach until they start to get soft.
While they're hot, throw all the veggies in the blender, add warm water, boullion and curry. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately over the pasta.
