Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 medium Yellow Onion, chopped
- 3 Apples, quartered, cored & chopped
- 3 Pears, quartered, cored & chopped
- ¼ cup Raisins, separated
- ¼ cup Apple Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Cardamom, ground
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated

Directions:
- Heat the oil in a medium frying pan, over medium-high heat, and add the chopped onions. Sauté for 6-8 minutes or until caramelized
- Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, at a low to low-med temperature until all is lightly soft. Remove from heat and serve or store.
