Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh carrot juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup firmly packed stemmed & chopped kale leaves
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds

1)Combine all ingredients except half of the water and blend until smooth.
2)Add the remaining water until desired consistency is achieved.
