Raspberry Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Fresh Frozen Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Fresh Frozen Mango Chunks
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cups coconut milk

Directions:
1)Prepare raspberries and mango the night before. Freeze overnight (or at least 2 hours).
2)Place fruit, yogurt, honey and 2-4 mint leaves in a blender. Pulsing to begin with, slowly add milk until desired consistency is reached.
3)Serve immediately, garnished with remaining mint leaves.
