Ingredients:
- 1/4 bunch parsley
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries
- 1 tsp hunk of ginger
- 1/4 cup water (or use your favourite tea) **
- 1 kale leaf
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 lemon

Directions:
1) Place the water in the base of the blendtec.
2) Add in all the ingredients!
3) Blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes.
