- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 3 leaves kale
- 1 cup filtered hot water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

That's it! That's the secret to this extra creamy soup. You can add some chickpeas or kidney beans at the end to make it a hefty meal. Or slices of avocado! Yum!
