Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Ok, you're cringing at the spinach, I know. But it's not that bad! Really, there enough to help boost your iron levels but not mar the flavor of the drink. Try it, come on, you'll like it!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chilled sweetened chocolate milk
- 1/3 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 bananas, cut up and frozen
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon milled hemp seed
- Chocolate syrup, optional

Directions:
Puree the spinach and 1 cup of milk in a blender for 20-30 seconds. Add the bananas, vanilla and hemp seeds and blend until smooth. If the colour isn't right, add chocolate syrup or a wettened chocolate powder.
