Strawberry Maple Smoothie

This recipe works wonders with fresh strawberries and plain yogurt and also with frozen bananas instead of ice cubes. However, if using no ice, do add a little milk or kefir to thin it to the consistency you desire.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Several ice cubes, crushed
