Love smoothies, but think you want things just a little different? Well, here's the smoothie for you! A lot of the ingredients here are general, so you can use the ones you love (or the ones you happen to have...)

Ingredients:
- Handful or two of greens (spinach, kale, lettuce, mustard greens)
- 3/4 cup of almond bevarage, coconut water or water
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of raw protein (cashews, almonds, hempseed, etc)
- 1/2 avaocado
- 1/2 tsp of spirulina
- 1/2 tsp Maca
- (optional) 2 pitted dates
- (optional) splash of vanilla
