Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil
- 2 sweet apples, chopped
- 2 tbsp. agave nectar, split
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup yogurt

Directions:
- Start by gelling the chia seeds. Combine chia seeds and water in a container. Stir well and allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes, or until it gels. You can store the extras in the fridge for up to two weeks.
- Heat butter or coconut oil on the stove over medium heat. Add apples, one tbsp. of agave, spices, and salt.
- Cook until apples are just softened. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Once the apple mixture is cool, add one tablespoon of the gelled chia seeds and the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
