Ingredients:
- 1 beet, peeled and quartered
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped in half
- 2 apples, cored and halved (peel on)
- 2 handfuls dark greens (like kale, chard, beet greens), chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh turmeric root, peeled and grated
- 1/2 a lemon, peeled
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 of an avocado, peeled and pitted
